Wow, the expansion and growth I experienced while in Egypt is still leaving me in a space of looking for words as I integrate.

Here is a piece of what Sataya Reef was like - where I spent 8 days living on a boat at this reef (2.5 hours off the shores of Egypt in the Red Sea), swimming with these amazing beings twice a day.

All while holding the heart space of, “What can I take with me and offer to the people I get to work with when I’m home?” as well as, “How can I give back to these beings and this land the way I’ve received?”

I am changed and beyond grateful… 💜

“Those who haven’t done this won’t understand…” was what we were told. And it’s true. And in my heart of hearts I wanted everyone I love and care about to be able to have this experience. Which is why I plan to facilitate one of my retreats now in Sataya in the next year or two.

Excited and so incredibly grateful. The Sataya glow continues on…. 💜💜💜
