Many people are surprised to learn that our kitchen is very small. We work with a small grill, a 2-basket fryer, and only enough space for two cooks at a time. Despite our limited space, our kitchen crew works incredibly hard to get every meal cooked fresh and out to your table as quickly as possible.

When there’s a wait, please know that we’re doing our very best and putting the same care into every plate that leaves our kitchen. Your kindness, patience, and support mean more to us than you know.
