A moment of appreciation.

While tonight was... alot. When the fire dies down and we reflect on the evening, we can't help but to be filled with gratitude.

Normally, a record setting night happens during an event, holiday, or special discount day.

Tonight, was just a Friday, and it means so much to know that our line to the door for hours was simply a result of the food we make and the environment we've created.

After all theses years, it's still overwhelming. We built a place we like... to serve food we love... and everytime a single person enjoys it as much as we do, we're so happy.

When so many of you come to see us in one day... we're absolutely overwhelmed with appreciation.

Thank you Kenosha for loving what we do, and letting us feed you the food we love.

Our entire team is off today. No Cut Stone, no Daily Dose, no Engine 4 food truck.

Is there's money to be made? Absolutely.

Is it more important that our staff be able to celebrate rather than work today? 100%

Get out there and enjoy what our amazing little city on the lake has to offer today, maybe you'll run into some of our awesome restaurant family members enjoying themselves as well. Just don't ask them to work today, they've earned every minute of this weekend off.
