It is that time year when our customer allow me the play Santa and deliver tins to them.
There will be a scheduled outage between Friday December 18th 2015 @ 11 PM, until Saturday December 19th @ 8 AM for a SmarterMail Server Upgrade.
We will be migrating our current "SmarterMail Email Platform" to a new hosting server. During this time of migration email access with be limited. Any messages trying to be sent out or in will be held by our Spam Filter. After this his upgrade is done, within the next few weeks we will be upgrading to a newer version of SmarterMail adding some newer features.

With the recent changes to Google chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explore, we will be upgrading our SmarterMail System to version 12.
The upgrade will happen between 11 PM Central Time and 2 AM Central Time Wed December 3 rd 2014.

We got a notification from our outside monitoring system that we have an issue with our web server in Madison, We are looking into the root case and will do everything we can to get it back running correctly. Sorry for the inconvenience.
We are working on getting this figured out because the webmail part is sending out and receiving messages. But sending it from any other clients like phone, ipad our outlook.
We are going to get this resolved asap, because is seems to be system wide. Sorry for the inconvenience.
The issue with our main webserver has been resolved. The system pretty much had a stroke and froze. All is better now and sorry about the hiccup.
We got a notice this morning that our webserver started to have some issues serving up site. We are working on resolving this ASAP. As soon as we know more we will make sure to post it to everyone.
Around, 9:30 Am today we started to get some calls from customer about outgoing email issue with people whom are hosting their email with Office365. The issue only seems to be effecting those that use 0365 and only outgoing traffic. The emails are not being bounced, they are only being delayed a few hours.
We are going to be looking at this more over today and do our best to get it all resolved.

Always a good idea to put your customer facing services in a proper data center. Much easier to control the weather or the power company. We are tracking a poweroutage in Kenosha CO that i am sure we have some of our great customer effected by it.
