- Early Intervention services designed for infants and toddlers aged 0 to 2, delivered within the comfort of the family home.
- Educational services and comprehensive support tailored to children between 6 and 21 years old.
- Facilitating coordinated assistance to empower individuals with disabilities to lead independent lives within their community, encompassing living, recreation, learning, and employment opportunities.

Portage County Board of Developmental Disabilities provides the Family Support Services Program (FSSP) to support Portage County residents with developmental disabilities living at home with their families. FSSP offers a variety of services and assistance to eligible individuals and families. The program aims to help strengthen families and enable people with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible within their communities. Vote "Yes" on Issue 29 to keep funding like this going.

Did you know that children with developmental disabilities from birth to 36 months of age are eligible for Early Intervention Services through Portage County Board of Developmental Disabilities? These services are available year-round and come at no cost. Ohio early intervention service coordinators, developmental specialists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists and nurses comprise the early intervention team. Make sure to vote "Yes" on Issue 29 to keep funding for valuable services like these.
