Music in the Museum returned this year as one of Kent State’s standout traditions, a night where stunning campus talent meets the heart of the University’s art scene. On May 6, Opus 216 brought an intimate decompression‑chamber performance to the Higbee Gallery, offering students a rare moment to slow down and reset. Inspired by the Museum’s Sparkle exhibition and its iconic dress from Truman Capote’s 1966 Black & White Ball, the event blended elegance, history, and high‑tier musicianship. A Kent State highlight and a glimpse of the creative energy waiting for every student here.

International Night lit up the M.A.C. Center with a celebration that felt larger than the game itself. Cultures, colors, and cheers came together in one unforgettable evening, reminding us how powerful it is when the world gathers as one. 💙💛
