Good Morning,

As we enter the cold and flu season, I wanted to gently remind you of an important policy at Cascara Body Works. To ensure the well-being of all my clients, especially those with compromised immune systems, I am unable to see individuals who are displaying any signs of a cold or flu. These symptoms include fever, sinus congestion, runny noses, sore or itchy throats, and cough. If you happen to experience any of these symptoms before your appointment, I kindly ask that you reschedule.

I understand that sometimes allergy symptoms can mimic those of a cold or flu. However, even in such cases, I am unable to see clients who are in any compromised condition. Your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a healthy environment for everyone are greatly appreciated. Together, we can work towards keeping everyone well this fall and winter.
