Keith shows where the kitchen might be, under the permanent upper level seating. The lower level seating will have the option to push back into the wall and leave room for Cabaret seating. 🎶 Lallette

NEWS FLASH!! I was able to meet up with our wonderful architect, John Fisher, during my visit to California last week, and I have fabulous news! Luckily, the engineering report arrived two days before our meeting, and he advised me that the cement block walls will not have to be reinforced to the extent that we had feared. We had been quoted $750,000 and up to $1,500,000 as a possible cost for remediation. Now it will be a fraction of that for some strategic pillars. Woo Hoo!!! 🎉😁 🎶Lallette

Representatives from FCP, KTB, KAAHC & PAC had a wonderful brainstorming meeting with architect John Fisher today. Some really wonderful ideas were thrown out (good job selecting, Keith Smith). We worked through lunch (Thanks Jen Tucker & Elizabeth Nelson for the delicious sustenance!) and into the evening. This is going to be the coolest building ever! Lallette 🎶

We're still working on the proposals for architectural on the building. It sure is nice to have Keith on board as project manager to work on things in between meetings. 😊🎶Lallette
