Our Story
There are four branches off of Rotary's New Generations:
-Rotary Youth Exchange is a program for high school students. Students are sent to another country for a 10-11 1/2 month stay, and generally moving from house to house.
-Rotary Interact. Rotary Interact is a high school version of a Rotary Club and connected with First City Rotary. Marna Cessnun is the First City Rotary Advisor and Sarah Collins Campbell is the school advisor. Kayhi Rotary Interact is part of and sponsored by First City Rotary of Rotary International and Alaska Rotary District 5010...they are housed at Kayhi. Zone member and District Lt. Governor Rosie Roppel teaches the students Public Image.
-Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA). A weekend long leadership program for high school students.
-Rotaract. Interact for college students.
