We Are Hiring – Site Technician

We’re looking for a capable, motivated person for exterior and site work. This is hands-on work that requires pride in craftsmanship and the ability to work independently.

Work includes:

Gutter installation

Water tank & liner installations

Tank cleanings

Drainage & excavation

General exterior/site work as needed

Outdoor work in Southeast Alaska conditions — on roofs and ladders, around equipment, and lifting materials regularly.

Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday, with longer days depending on weather and projects.

Pay starts at $30/hour, with room to grow based on performance and responsibility.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Able to pass a drug test

Mechanically inclined

Comfortable at heights

Able to work independently

Trade experience preferred. Equipment experience and CDL are a plus.

Full-time preferred. Long-term opportunity with growth potential.

We had quite the weekend, installing the largest tank liner we have yet!

We were lucky enough to be invited out to work at Waterfall Resort the last few days. Big thanks to Babe Wilks and crew for helping us get this done.

The tank is 30’ wide by 16’ tall - equaling a capacity of ~84,500 gallons, or ~700,000 lbs of water. The liner itself weighed 1200lbs.

We used a 60 mil NSF 61 approved material, with 64oz geotextile underlayment to re-line this big guy after the previous liner failed. This will be good to go for decades to come!

Now with 2 kiddos in the family and the want to be with them, we are now offering our bulk water delivery service from 8-6 Mon through Fri. We will still respond to after hour emergency calls if needed, although overtime fees will apply.

All other scheduled services will remain unaffected.
