Q. Tell us who you are.
A. Trinity Burton- Gymshark Ambassador at Dick’s House of Sport and Dance Teacher at Instinct Dance Co.
Hobbies- hiking, photography, cooking
Family: my mom, father is with our Lord and Savior but his memory lives on, one brother and sister, and my significant- Michael
Q. How long have you been bodybuilding and what got you started?
A. I’ve been training for bodybuilding for about 4 years but competing for 2. I was always an energetic and athletic kid, grew dancing and cheerleading, with the occasional soccer and weight training with my dad at the YMCA. Around 10/11 years old I started gaining weight, when I got to college I decided that I wanted to take my health seriously and started trying to lose weight. After a couple years of doing cardio and eventually trying powerlifting, I found a love for bodybuilding and after going to my first show as a spectator back in 2023, I realized I also wanted to be on that stage. I truly love the sport and everything it entails from its humbling quality to its discipline.
Q. What has been your biggest accomplishment so far?
A. Being first call outs and placing 5th in my very first show out in Texas! I had dropped around 55 pounds in about 7 months!
Q. What are your goals for the next 12 months?
A. My biggest goals for these next 12 months are to prioritize my health and recovery while adding more tissue to my legs.
Q. What does being a Move Better sponsored athlete mean to you?
A. For me, being a Move Better sponsored athlete is more than just promoting massages or getting them. It’s about being apart of a team full of people that a community mindset that is full of humility, passion, support, dedication, and wholeheartedness. I’ve always valued these things and to be able to surround myself with a team that also shares those values is one of the biggest honors I could have as an athlete and I am being grateful for this opportunity that has been extended to me! I am truly excited to see how far we all go together and the successes to come!!💜
