Session number 8 of 13 in the books. Had another great leadership training session with the outstanding crew from the NCR Country Club. This week's session focused on decision making and placing "value" in your employees. All of these individuals get these concepts and are striving to teach their employees. So refreshing to see all these leaders grow.
