In 2019, I received my Tibetan bowls and training handed down from the Sound Planetarium, a school in Nepal that creates esoteric and beautiful sound healing treatments. The bowls are chosen for their frequencies, matched to chakras and organs, and intentionally played in sequence.

For the last four years, I have been giving sound healing sessions as I was taught, but I have held something back. There are two sequences from the Sound Planetarium that are much longer and more involved than the ones I have been offering. I thought, "These are too much. No one will want to have a sound session with so many bowls for so long." And in all fairness, I did have one of these sequences offered on my menu at one point and no one ever jumped on a ninety-minute sound healing.

You gaias, I took my notes out today, laid out some bowls, and was reminded:

This is good. This is something special that deserves to be shared. To be immersed in this vibration head to toe is medicine for the soul.

It won't solve all your problems, nor is it meant to. Sound healing simply opens a little door and whispers, "There is deep peace out there. And in you. There is connectedness out there. And in you."

The first sequence is "Prayer to the Mother Goddess." It is womb-centric and recommended for the days before your moon cycle. This picture of the bowls is how they are laid out by the end of this sequence for feminine power and grounding - from your head to your toes, with strong connection between heart and womb.

The second sequence is named "Aura Harmonization," and calls for bowls on your root, crown and organs. Its intention is deep relaxation and regeneration, to recover from stress.

I am offering both these sound healing sessions for $50 through the spring. I do have some weeks blocked off on my schedule for travel, so book your session sooner rather than later to ensure you get the time you want. These unique sessions are something else!

Introducing... The Neck & Shoulder Session! This is the first of three region-specific kinesiology sessions that will be available at Moonrise Kinetics. I love massaging necks. And shoulders.
