"I am a military spouse. For years, I watched my husband and the Marines he led deploy into war — and I watched what came back. Not just the wounded, though I witnessed that too. I watched the angels come home to American soil, flag-draped, carried with the dignity they earned. I stood with families who would never be the same. That is a weight that stays with you.
Yoga has given me a place to breathe through grief I couldn't always name. Today, I want to offer that same space to our community — a place to be still, to be grateful, and to remember those who gave everything so we could have ours."
We are open this Memorial Day and would be honored to practice alongside you.

What a magical Friday night at Key Largo Yoga! 🌙✨
Last week our studio was completely full for the Chakra Sound Bath led by the wonderful Kat — and what an evening it was.
Guests were wrapped in aromatherapy, carried through a guided meditation, and bathed in the healing resonance of sound as Kat guided us through the cleansing and clearing of all seven major chakra points of the energetic body.
The result? A room full of people leaving settled, relaxed, and deeply at peace. 💛 There is nothing quite like a full studio humming with that kind of collective stillness.
A heartfelt thank you to Kat for sharing her gifts with our community, and to everyone who joined us — you made the night truly special.

🎉 FREE Community Yoga Class — This Thursday, April 16th!
Key Largo Yoga offers a free yoga class to the community every month, with dates, times, and styles that rotate so there's eventually something for everyone. This month, we're offering a Power Hour — and it's going to be a great one!
This class is designed to be physically challenging and fun. If you're new to yoga, you'll be able to follow right along. If you already have a practice, there will be opportunities to work on some more advanced poses. You're always welcome to skip any shape that isn't right for your body and rest as often as you need — this is your practice.
The focus this month is on yoga as exercise — getting sweaty, building strength, and having a blast doing it! 💪🔥
