We’re Hiring! Full-Time Guest Services & Gift Shop Specialist 🤍🛍️

Do you love meeting new people, creating memorable experiences, and working in a fun, fast-paced environment?

Dolphins Plus Bayside is seeking an energetic, organized, and friendly Guest Services & Gift Shop Specialist to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

✨ Welcome guests with exceptional customer service
🐬 Assist visitors with dolphin program check-in and reservations
🛍️ Operate our gift shop and process retail sales
📞Answer phones and respond to guest questions
🕶️ Manage and maintain gift shop inventory, including stocking, receiving merchandise, and monitoring inventory levels
🫧 Help keep the gift shop clean, organized, and visually appealing
📚 Share information about our programs, mission, and merchandise
✨ Work closely with our team to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

☺️ Has a positive, outgoing personality
🩵 Enjoys working with people and providing outstanding customer service
🌴Is dependable, organized, and a team player
✅ Can multitask in a busy environment
💻 Has basic computer, cash handling, and inventory management skills
📆 Is available to work weekends and holidays
