Meet Linnea Edwards, a dedicated Monroe County athlete and Athlete Leadership Council member who has been part of Special Olympics Florida since 2010. 💙🏅

Since becoming an Athlete Leader, Linnea has continued to grow as a leader while helping represent the voices of athletes throughout the movement. 🙌

Linnea competes in bocce, flag football, cheerleading, stand up paddle, cycling, bowling, swimming, and co****le, showcasing her passion for sports and Special Olympics Florida. 🏆

Next month, Linnea will travel to Minnesota to represent Team Florida in bocce at the 2026 USA Games. 🌟🥇

Linnea’s leadership, dedication, and positive attitude continue to inspire athletes throughout Monroe County and beyond.
