Pride Week Clean Up🌴💚 Community, compassion, and cleaner streets came together in an amazing way this Friday as MCC Key West and Cooking With Love proudly hosted Plogging The Keys a city-wide cleanup event.
More than 50 incredible volunteers showed up bright and early to help keep Key West beautiful by cleaning our streets, sidewalks, and neighborhoods of trash and cigarette butts. From Truman to neighborhood side streets, the community spirit was inspiring to witness. Every bag filled and every cigarette butt removed makes a difference in protecting our island environment and preserving the beauty of paradise we all love. 🌺♻️
After all the hard work, volunteers were treated to a delicious breakfast featuring toasted bagels with cream cheese spreads, breakfast sandwiches, strawberries Romanoff, juices, and water — a well-deserved thank you for giving back to the community.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who volunteered, donated, organized, and supported this effort. Together we are proving that small acts of kindness and service can create a cleaner, healthier, and more connected Key West. ❤️🌴

What an exciting and memorable day at Cooking with Love! 👑🇬🇧
We were honored to welcome British Queen Mum Claire Brummell to today’s meal preparation and delivery service. What a special moment for our volunteers, staff, and community! Claire has been a longtime supporter of the annual Queen Mother Pageant, which has helped raise funds and awareness for Cooking with Love for many wonderful years.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the 40th Queen Mother Pageant such a fun, successful, and meaningful event supporting our mission of feeding neighbors in need throughout the Keys.
Today’s delicious meal featured teriyaki beef, fried rice, tomato and cucumber salad, egg roll, and a sweet mandarin orange for dessert. Yum! 🍊🥢
