Effective April 20, 2026, the Real Estate and Exemptions Department in our Key West Office will be temporarily relocated from the first floor to the second floor of the Old Courthouse – Rear Building while minor renovations are completed on the first floor. The department will be located in the former Tangible Personal Property Office area.
The Tangible Personal Property Department is now permanently located across the vestibule on the second floor within the Appraisal Department.
