The Truman Waterfront Farmers Market is turning up the summer fun with Summer Splash, a family-friendly themed market taking place Thursday, July 16 from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Truman Waterfront Park.

Designed as a “beat the heat” market day for local families and summer visitors, Summer Splash will feature bounce houses, a waterslide, kids’ games, giveaways, and plenty of ways for children to play while parents shop, eat, and enjoy the waterfront setting.

In addition to the special Summer Splash activities, families can take advantage of the park’s existing amenities, including the large playground, jungle gym, and free splash pad. Shaded picnic seating areas will also be available, giving guests a comfortable place to relax, cool off, and enjoy food from local vendors.

“Summer in Key West is hot, but that doesn’t mean families need to stay inside,” said market organizers. “Summer Splash is about creating a fun, active, kid-friendly market day where the whole community can come out, cool down, and support local vendors.”

The market will also feature dozens of local food, farm, craft, and artisan vendors offering fresh produce, prepared foods, baked goods, seafood, handmade items, jewelry, art, apparel, plants, gifts, and more.

Summer Splash is part of the Truman Waterfront Farmers Market’s ongoing themed market series, created to bring new energy to the weekly market while highlighting seasonal fun, local culture, and community connection.

Admission is free. Families are encouraged to bring towels, sunscreen, and a change of clothes for children planning to enjoy the water activities and splash pad.

The Truman Waterfront Farmers Market takes place every Thursday from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Truman Waterfront Park. The market is family-friendly, pet-friendly, and easily accessible by foot, bicycle, or car. Parking is available nearby, including four hours of free parking for vehicles displaying a residential parking sticker.
