This immersive 75-minute experience blends guided Yoga Nidra with crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and subtle healing frequencies to support nervous system restoration, emotional release, and inner clarity.

Enter a sacred space where we journey into the womb as an energetic portal, reconnecting with her ancient wisdom through guided meditation, journaling, and affirmations.

This gathering takes place within three days of the second Full Moon, a rare Blue Moon, bringing heightened feminine energy, deep intuition, and a sense of inner illumination to support this work.

You will be gently guided to remember
“My womb is a sacred space of creation and possibility.”

The womb carries a wisdom that extends far beyond physical motherhood. She is a space of intuition, creation, healing, and connection to something greater.

This is an inclusive space. You do not need to have a physical womb, be a mother, or be menstruating. If you have had a hysterectomy, the energetic blueprint of the womb is still within you and available to connect with. Whether you are in your maiden, mother, or wise woman phase, or walking your own unique path, this space is open to you.

Together we will reconnect with the womb, release stagnant energy, restore flow, and create a sense of safety within the body. We will also explore gentle practices, including the use of herbs such as lavender, rose, and rosemary, to support balance and healing in the womb space.
