I’ve been getting on the water when I get a free minute and shooting some for the Chefs at Yellowfin Bar and Kitchen, the on-site restaurant for they will be preparing the Lionfish from the derby for the awards banquet on Sunday the 16th at 6pm after the weigh-in. The chef’s wanted some practice with the Lionfish, I’ll try and get another dive in before the derby and get them some more.
