Apparently, some folks in the comments of our lobster mini season post have decided it’s time to spread fake news—claiming that Florida lobster “isn’t real” and Maine lobster is somehow the one true crustacean.

Let us clear that up real quick:
Florida lobster is sunshine in seafood form. Sweet, clean, tropical perfection. No claws? No problem—we don’t need weapons when we’ve got flavor.

Meanwhile, Maine lobster tastes like it was raised on salt, sadness, and long winters.

So yes, Florida lobster is real. It’s fabulous. And it doesn’t need butter to taste good—but we’ll dunk it anyway, just to flex. 🦞☀️
