Grounding with Squats

Squatting has many benefits. It stretches the pelvic floor; improving the flow of energy in the pelvis, colon, urinary vessels and reproductive organs. It also strengthens the quads and glutes. Neurologically, it’s grounding. If you feel overwhelmed. If your mind is in overdrive. Try squatting to ground you in the roots of your lower body.

Begin with a squat that feels comfortable and hold it until you feel your legs start to shake or quiver. Then take a 3 minute break. Repeat for a total of 3 sets.
