Newly constructed 600 SF Design & Build Ohana. Restricted lot space was skillfully used to design an attractive & serene semi-detached Ohana with 10’ ceilings and 3 outdoor lanai areas.

Two years following the completion of a new build, our client expressed interest in partially enclosing their 600 SF lanai to mitigate wind and dust. To enhance the beautiful views while blocking some of the wind and dust, a new sliding glass system was installed.

This 20 year old kitchen got a refresh & update with new cabinet handles on the maple cabinets, new appliances, new quartz countertops with new sink and faucets. Existing front door was updated with a new fiberglass custom door.
