Shoutout to Makinley Lakorenko for an incredible start to rodeo season! At Day 1 of the Fargo Rodeo, she took 1st in barrel racing—winning by just 0.02 seconds out of 70+ girls.
Makinley is a hardworking, dedicated member of the rodeo club and someone you can always count on. This was her first high school win AND her first buckle—what a way to kick things off!
Way to go, Makinley! 🏆
Here in Killdeer it isn’t just another rodeo it’s a 100 plus years ago of rodeo pride and traditions. our Killdeer Saddle Club is hands on in aiding in making sure the stage is as close to perfect for our high school rodeo families. Today multiple truck loads of water on already last year was over 45,000 gallons of water and working the ground days before the event doesn’t go unrecognized they are today’s shout out. thank you Killdeer Saddle Club for your help.
