The communication I receive from clients when inquiring about/booking an appointment, is the same communication I expect if something come up prior to the appointment that will affect the client showing up.
***Which is and always will be reciprocated to each of my clients if something come up on my end. ***

If you're running late, COMMUNICATE.
If you need to reschedule, COMMUNICATE.
If you can't make it at all, COMMUNICATE.

Please be mindful of my time, I am a very understanding individual. There's NO exceptions for NO communication, unless it's due to a dire emergency of course.
