Our Practice:

Full scope optometry practice with a higher end optical boutique
Located in Downtown Killeen Texas
We pride ourselves in offering exceptional patient eyecare while maintaining a welcoming family atmosphere. We want all our patients eager to return and to refer others!
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

an optician with experience frame styling and helping choose lens options for patients
dispensing and adjusting glasses to better fit patients
ability to make minor repairs on frames
ordering jobs through the lab
filing glasses claims with vision insurance
working well with lab and frame reps
knowledge of Essilor/Varilux lenses helpful
use of electronic medical records (Knowledge of Officemate/ExamWriter helpful)
great phone etiquette and communication skills
scheduling appointments

Outstanding customer service with the natural ability to build rapport and a genuine interest in connecting with others. You must possess the desire to go above and beyond patients’ expectations to offer exceptional service!
Great commitment level, outstanding work ethic, and interest in a long-term position/employment
Availability for full-time work with some Saturday availability

Mondays- Fridays 8:30am-5:00pm
1st and 3rd Saturday of the month: 8:30 am-12:00 pm
