What started out as fixing a simple joist issue turned into a complete kitchen remodel. I cant stress the issue of leaving your foundation vents open, all that wood mold and rot wouldnt have been an issue if it could breathe. We installed a v***r barrier, remediated the wood mold and completely gutted the kitchen.
Put it back to the exact configuration it was in. These old cottages in Fairview Beach all have there own character and problems, but we are the solution.
