Farrier day with our bestie, Umstead Farrier Service, LLC!! There may have been some TikTok shenanigans, you’ll have to look over there to confirm or deny. She even brought friends today! We were happy to welcome Scott and June to the ranch. We are grateful to have so many great hands take care of our horses’ feet!! Thanks y’all!!

Y’all meet Richard Boatwright from B1 Horsemanship. He’s a pretty smart fella that lays out common sense horsemanship. His videos have taught me a lot, and we are so excited to announce he will be coming up here to Virginia in October for a two day clinic here on the ranch! Stay tuned and follow us for more details, but save the dates October 24-25. We’ll have three sessions on each day and will be opening registration soon!
MAGA = Make Arenas Great Again! Our riders have been using the arena quite a bit to beat the heat, so it’s time for some maintenance! A good soak this morning and a great drag later today. Yes, we accept haul-ins!

Tonight Waffles checked “Shopping at Tractor Supply” off his training list. He is now fully capable of retrieving his own feed and treats. He even made some new friends tonight! Thanks to all the staff and customers at King George Tractor Supply for welcoming him and for the treats!!
