The pharmacy delivers to your door and you pay them direct. This is what our practice does for our patients. We want you to achieve your goal and if saving you money helps then it's a win win. This is a service we provide all our patients without charging you.

After many months of waiting for covid tests, they have finally arrived. If you are a patient of Cook Family Practice and need a test, please call the office 928-565-6655. Wait in our parking lot and we will come out to you. We are asking that you not enter the clinic.
