Key Deadlines

Employers should keep the following critical dates in mind:

Feb. 1—Complete and post OSHA Form 300A (Summary of Work-related Injuries and Illnesses).
March 2—Submit required electronic injury and illness data through OSHA’s Injury Tracking Application (ITA), if applicable.
April 30—Maintain the Form 300A posting in a conspicuous workplace location through this date.
