Each day as I take a few minutes to visit with the venerable monks on Walk for Peace page, I cry. But, not from sadness, from my heart- center (heart chakra) opening.

In my work over many years, client tears come frequently as they experience a heart opening.
Client always begin to apologize - “I’m sorry, I don’t know why I’m crying”
My answer always goes kind of like this - “ Most people cry here. Tears physically release energetic toxins. Your heart-center is opening and showing you Truth in this moment. The Truth is that you (we) ARE love. Love is what you (we) are made of. Peace is within. As your heart-center opens to show you the Truth of who you are, unworthiness, and all low-vibration energies begin to release, in the form of tears”.
Then I offer a tissue.
