MEET DOUGH BOY!

This cutie is a 1-year old male domestic short hair black. He's all that!

Dough Boy is from a rough site where there were too many cats and no veterinary care. One of our awesome rescuers stepped in and brought this sweet boy to safety. While in her care, he did great with other cats, didn't mind the cat-friendly dogs and did well with older children. She tells us:

"If you're looking for a cat who thinks he's a dog, this is your guy! This handsome boy came from a rough place, but you'd never know it from his loving, sweet personality! He is incredibly loyal and forms strong bonds with his people, always wanting to be nearby and part of what you're doing. He loves everyone he meets, gets along wonderfully with other cats, and is great with dogs too! Friendly, easy going and full of affection!"

Dough Boy has been neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, viral tested and microchipped.

We are currently conducting in person adoptions on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 1-5pm (walk-ins welcome, but appointments prioritized). To reserve an appointment to adopt, please complete an application by visiting www.MeowCatRescue.org/adopt and submit to [email protected]

Our hours are as follows:
Thursday: 1pm - 5pm
Friday: 1pm - 5pm
Saturday: 12:30pm - 5pm
Sunday: 1pm - 5pm
(Last walk-ins taken at 4:00pm)

** PLEASE NOTE: While we ARE open on July 4th, we will not be sending any cats home in the interest of not getting them off to a stressful start with the July 4th festivities and creating a negative association with their new home. Any adoptions will have to be picked up on July 5th. We thank you for understanding. **
