This market waits for no one. My clients were unable to fly up from SFO in time to see this beauty before we made an offer on it! They had to trust me to give them lots of videos and FaceTime, as well as laying out the pros and cons of this gorgeous townhouse. There were a total of 6 offers and we were the winners!
