Our Seattle DADU is taking its shape. It is not always about square footage. This 1000 Sf, two-bedroom, two-bathroom dwelling feels much larger. The high ceilings and open floor plan create the spacious airy living space. With recent WA State Zoning Code changes, units of this size will become more common. Let’s hope the missing middle housing will get the boost it deserves together with the more affordable price tag.

One of the most common mistakes while selecting tile is made when choosing wrong tile size. Often small tiles are associated with small scale spaces. We feel it should be totally opposite. Big strokes will make the space more prominent, add more interest and make it feel like on steroids.
