Dear Kindred Residents,

We have received an official notice from Osceola County regarding a No Parking restriction that will affect all areas within the Kindred community, including Phase 1, 2 & 3. Please note this is simply a courtesy notice.

Here are the key details:

• All areas within Kindred are subject to the No Parking restriction — no areas are exempt.

• This restriction was implemented by Osceola County due to concerns that parked vehicles were preventing emergency vehicles from passing through the community.

• A map reflecting this change has been provided by the County.

• Signage will be installed at designated locations throughout the affected areas to notify motorists of the restriction. Installation is expected to be fully completed no later than July 10.

• Street parking will only be allowed in DESIGNATED parking spots marked with white lines, such as the main road, Red Canyon.

• No overnight parking is allowed at ANY of the Clubhouses in Kindred.

We ask that all residents and their guests please be mindful of these restrictions going forward to avoid potential citations.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding this restriction, please reach out directly to Osceola County, as this decision was made at the County level.

Estimados Residentes de Kindred,

Hemos recibido un aviso oficial del Condado de Osceola sobre una restricción de No Estacionamiento que afectará todas las áreas de la comunidad de Kindred, incluyendo las Fases 1, 2 y 3. Por favor tenga en cuenta que este es simplemente un aviso de cortesía.

A continuación, los detalles importantes:

• Todas las áreas dentro de Kindred están sujetas a la restricción de No Estacionamiento — ninguna área está exenta.

• Esta restricción fue implementada por el Condado de Osceola debido a preocupaciones de que los vehículos estacionados impedían el paso de vehículos de emergencia por la comunidad.

• El Condado ha proporcionado un mapa que refleja este cambio.

• Se instalarán señales en ubicaciones designadas dentro de las áreas afectadas para notificar a los conductores sobre la restricción. Se espera que la instalación esté completamente terminada a más tardar el 10 de julio.
