Easter lunch with the family.

BBQ, Burgers and fried chicken everywhere…

I even brought Publix fried/ breaded chicken for everyone.

But I also brought my own meal prep.

Not because I can’t enjoy life —
but because I’m locked in on a bigger goal.

Still enjoyed some sides that fit my macros.

Still enjoyed time with family.

Discipline doesn’t mean isolating yourself.
It means making the small choices that keep you moving forward.

Some people won’t understand it…
but the results will explain everything.
