A general commercial contractor, based in Kissimmee, FL is advertising for a skilled position opening for CONCRETE FINISHERS/CONCRETE PLACEMENT LABORERS/FORM-SETTERS.

This position is for Full-Time work and encompasses a scope of work on a project that is currently underway and is a permanent position. This position is an immediate start position on this project and FT with this company.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience and qualifications to be considered:
• Must have 5-10 years’ experience in commercial/residential construction
• Must have 5-10 years’ experience in Structural Foundations Aspects, ADA requirements (Access), Joints, seams, expansion joint placements, Stamped Concrete applications, finishing concepts per spec, and use of all tool and hoist related concepts, hardware, spec requirements, form setting practices and materials, finishes and inspections criteria for work applications
• Must be able to show and have the ability to supervise a crew assigned to you
• Must be able to read, interpret, and utilize blue-print and detail spec drawings
• Must be able to provide and use your own carpenter hand tools, bags and or gear and other applicable work hand tools for concrete finisher scope and form-setting applications
• Must have reliable transportation to the project sites and shifts
• Must be able to provide the design teams and the Project manager, VE and design related applications to be considered and troubleshooting aspects
• Must be capable of providing sound feedback with regards to use of products, materials, use, and applications to the project
• Must have experience or certifications in OSHA related safety training procedures and practices and be able to enforce and practice those policies

This announcement is also considering candidates that qualify or have experience in being an trainee (with experience) for working towards your Master Carpenters, Concrete Finisher status for work.

Krush Development has an open position for PLUMBER/PIPEFITTER. This candidate will be reasonable for interpreting blueprints, set specifications, lay out plans for installation, and prepare pipe and connections. Candidate should be able to use pneumatic and hydraulic tools following safety guidelines and precautions. Ideally, the team would also like the candidate to have experience in both residential and commercial settings, trenching and with variety of different material takeoffs in (STEEL, HDPE, PVC, etc.).

Work Experience Requirements:
• Review blueprints to understand requirements.
• Set and modify specifications.
• 10+ years in the industry
• Inspect and prepare sites for construction operations.
• Measure and cut pipes according to specifications.
• Weld, assemble, and lubricate pipes.
• Install and secure pipes (e.g., bolts/ clamps)
• Test functionality of hydraulic and other systems
• Repair malfunctions, breakages, or leaks
• Use and maintain hand tools (e.g., pneumatic drill, wrenches, saws)
• Collaborate with other workers (e.g., plumbers, equipment operators and field oversight) to produce finished construction.
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment

Education Requirements:
