This week, we're excited to highlight Chick-fil-A 1960 & Cutten and Chick-fil-A 1960 & Walters, longtime partners of the Klein ISD Education Foundation.

Their support of KEF comes in many forms throughout the year. Whether they're providing breakfast for golfers at our Golf Tournament, lunch for our Party Before the Party event, boxed lunches for our Fall and Spring Celebration Express events, or prizes for our Kids' Fun Run participants, their generosity helps create memorable experiences for students, educators, and supporters alike.

We are also fortunate to have April Barcello serving on the KEF Board of Directors. Her energy, creativity, and commitment to supporting students and educators make her a valued member of our Foundation family.

As locally owned and operated Chick-fil-A restaurants, these locations are committed to serving more than just great food. They are dedicated community partners who continually invest in the people and organizations that make Klein a special place to live, learn, and work.

Their support helps KEF continue investing in programs and opportunities that make a lasting impact in our schools.

We are thrilled to welcome Rhonda Stowe to the Klein Education Foundation Board!

Rhonda brings an incredible 39-year career in education, including 32 years serving Klein ISD at Greenwood Forest Elementary. 💚💛 Throughout her career, she taught Kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades—impacting more than 1,200 students and leaving a lasting mark on our district.

Her dedication to excellence has been recognized through being named Campus Teacher of the Year in both 2010 and 2017 🌟. She has also contributed in many leadership roles, including serving on the District GT Coalition, as a campus GT Liaison, a member of the Klein Leadership Coalition, and as a third-grade Lead Teacher and Coach supporting campus leadership.

Rhonda was also a longtime member of Team Klein before her retirement and has experienced firsthand the impact of Klein Education Foundation grants as a recipient of three grants and one mini-grant.

We are so excited to have her perspective, passion, and experience join our board as we continue working to support Klein ISD students and staff! 🎉
