Strong Woman MMA

Well, it's been a while, hasn't it? Normally we would be gearing up for our "back-to-school basics" classes and anti-bullying seminars. But it's not really normal right now.

Our self-defense classes focus on close-quarters fighting and training. This is something we can't do that from six feet apart, period. But fear not! We are working on bringing safe instruction that is mindful of the CDC guidelines. This may focus more on bag and pad work, and less on sparring and interpersonal fighting. We'll get there, it's just going to take a little time.

In the meantime, stay up-to-date on the stats in your area. Wash your hands. Wear a mask. Be good to each other. We'll get through this. ~G**o Jenn
