A little rain is in the forecast this weekend, and that simply means Sherwood will be at its most magical.

Sherwood Forest Faire is open rain or shine, and longtime patrons know that rainy days are often the best days to visit. The crowds are a bit smaller, which means you can spend more time talking with entertainers, visiting with the cast, and chatting with the artisans and merchants who fill the village with life and craftsmanship.

You will also see more people in garb than ever. Cloaks come out, boots splash through the lanes, and the entire village feels even more like stepping into another time. The atmosphere becomes quieter, more personal, and wonderfully immersive.
