Forward Focus LLC

Forward Focus was a fantastic ride for six years. I intended it to be a lifelong escapade, but seasons change, and beauty sometimes surfaces in places you'd least expect.

Lance began a YouTube channel in 2019 with no agenda other than sharing fishing adventures. He began learning about YouTube, how to edit videos, tags, thumbnails, and all the things that come with having a channel while working full-time. As time passed, he began to fall in love with helping people. 📹🎣

Lance's YouTube channel continued to grow, but his time in a day stayed the same. In a few conversations in 2022, he suggested I step away from coaching (not writing) and help him grow Angler X. I honestly thought he was kidding- work with your wife!? 😂 He thought it would be a beautiful journey where we could grow and spend more time together.

After many moons, in early 2023, I decided to have a little faith and let go of my downtown office, business meetings, clients, and the regular smell of delicious burgers.

In April 2023, Angler X became an LLC. A few months later, I built a website, settled the foundation, and learned how to edit videos.

The transition was difficult at first, but it became something bigger once we started finding our flow again. Ironically, I started Forward Focus to have more time with my family, and now here I am, working with my husband, learning, traveling, exploring, and creating, AND I get to write! Oh, and food....so much food. 😋
