After more than two decades of supporting entrepreneurs and strengthening local economies, Couleecap is transferring our Business Development Program to CAP Services, Inc.

We are deeply proud of the countless small businesses and innovators who have come through this program over the years. Their ideas, resilience, and dedication have helped shape vibrant communities across our region.
As the program transitions to CAP Services, we’re confident it will continue to grow and serve entrepreneurs with the same commitment to opportunity and empowerment.

The Tour of Upper Living is coming up on Sunday, June 22, and we’re looking for volunteers to help with guest check-in!

This unique, self-guided tour offers a rare look inside beautifully restored apartments, lofts, and commercial spaces—revealing the hidden charm above the street level in historic downtown La Crosse!

Volunteers will be stationed at the check-in table, welcoming attendees and getting them set up for their tour experience.
