We cannot close this chapter without thanking our FOH staff. Most have weathered one of the most difficult times with us, the pandemic and they never wavered. They have worked countless double shifts, adjusted to last minute schedule changes, short staffing and have tackled any task that was needed without being asked and without complaint. Truly an amazing team! Not only do I appreciate each and everyone of them, but I will miss them greatly ♥️

We’d like to take a moment to thank our amazing Chef Carlos Sandoval for all of his hard work and leadership in the BOH. Carlos is an “original” employee. Hired and trained by our late founder Antonio Macias in our original store in Ontario. He has kept our food true to its roots for 35years of his employment. His strong work ethic and loyalty took us through the rough waters of the pandemic and beyond. Through all this, his kind and happy spirit have made it a joy to work with him daily. We are so thankful and grateful to have him in our Mi Ranchito family ♥️
