Sometimes my meal prep is based on my what produce I have to use. Chili is one of my go to meals when I have ground meat & a bunch of veggies that need used. Chop it all up, put it in the pot, spice it up with chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, onion & garlic powder & let cook develop flavor for an hour or two. Chili is something that the leftovers seem to get better & better for a few days 😋
