The founding fathers come to life in 1776, the Tony Award-winning musical. See John Adams, Thomas Jefferson and Ben Franklin as they attempt to convince a deadlocked congress that they should vote for independence. As we celebrate American's 250th, Powerhouse Theatre Collaborative and the Lakes Region Symphony Orchestra partner to present the musical retelling of the heated debates that gave rise to the birth of a nation.

We've been having great rehearsals for 1776 The Musical! We recently added costumes and up next we add the Lakes Region Symphony Orchestra who are partnering with us to present the Tony Award-winning musical which is a dramatized telling of the events leading up to the signing of the declaration of independence. Join us June 27 at 2pm or 7pm at the Colonial Theatre - Laconia. What a way to kick up the celebration of American's 250th!
