Things are moving along for Operation Gold Star Coffee! Bar is moved, walk up window switched, pain on the walls. Won’t be long now (fingers crossed).

Just spent a few days in Dubuque, IA for my day job. This small river city sports some killer architecture and a great vibe.

Tri-tip street taco night here in the low country. Reverse seer on charcoal grill with some homemade refried beans (that killed). Honestly, wish I would have taken it off sooner. please don’t judge my paper plates.

We have concrete!! And now we wait. Hopefully it won’t be long for the buildings so we can start demo on the house. And the concrete truck only got stuck three times!
