While driving to an appointment with a seller🚗, I passed a house that immediately caught my attention. It was clearly in disrepair, and something told me it may be worth investigating.

I reached out to the owner 📞, unsure if he’d even entertain an offer, and to my surprise, he said he was actually interested in selling. He’d already been talking to another buyer, but didn’t feel they were serious or able to follow through.
