The mentor who saw something in you before you saw it in yourself.
The boss who made you feel like you belonged somewhere.

Mothering isn’t only a title. It’s a way of showing up: with patience, with belief, with steadiness. And it shapes us in ways we usually don’t notice until much later.

To all the women doing that work, in all the forms it takes: thank you.
