✨Join me this Friday for a deeply meditative experience as we journey into the shadows and out into the light of your being. ✨

Entering into the darkest time of the year, we begin to reflect deeply on all the beautiful dream seeds we wish to nurture and watch grow into fullness when the light returns. But in order to do that powerful manifesting, we must first look at our shadows and our limiting beliefs- which really are our deepest wounds that keep resurfacing and demanding our attention. Now is the time to stop hiding and numbing out. It’s time to expose those wounds to oxygen so they can properly heal and you can feel free in your purpose to live as the fullest expression of you!

This week is a particularly auspicious time to be doing this type of work as the veils are the thinnest and we enter into the season of darkness. Emerging from the dark new moon in Scorpio we are ushered into the celebrations of ancestors with traditions like Samhain, Día de Mu***os and All Saints Day. Supported and lovingly held by those who walked before us- journeying into the darker parts of our hearts feels less scary and more sustaining. Feel free to bring a picture or token from a loved one that has passed to be used as support during meditation.
